Admin By Request is endpoint privilege management (EPM): just-in-time local-admin elevation and secure remote access, licensed per endpoint rather than per privileged admin. It publishes a genuine lifetime free plan for up to 25 endpoints; the Business and Enterprise plans above that are price-on-request.
Because Admin By Request meters per endpoint (device) rather than per privileged admin, its numbers are not directly comparable with the per-admin PAM vaults in our calculator. We keep it on its own page rather than forcing it onto a per-admin axis it does not use.

Admin By Request states its pricing formula as "number of endpoints plus duration of term equals your price" and markets an all-features, no-modules model. Aggregator and reseller pages circulate a per-seat figure for the Business plan, but Admin By Request itself does not publish one, so we do not restate a number the vendor would not confirm.
Why the free tier is the headline
- 25 endpoints, free, for life. The free plan is not a time-limited trial; it covers up to 25 computers for Endpoint Privilege Management and up to 25 for Secure Remote Access, with the full feature set.
- Genuine proof-of-concept path. No credit card and no expiry means an SMB or a pilot team can run production EPM at zero licence cost until it crosses 25 endpoints.
- The 25-endpoint ceiling is the conversion trigger. Crossing 25 endpoints on a product moves you to the Business plan, which is quote-only; that is where the procurement conversation starts.
Where Admin By Request sits versus PAM vaults
Admin By Request is endpoint privilege management: it removes standing local admin rights and grants just-in-time elevation on the endpoint, and it brokers secure remote sessions. That is a different job, and a different pricing axis, from the credential-vault-and-session PAM platforms that price per privileged admin or per bundle. Endpoint privilege management is a module inside the larger enterprise suites (for example BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management), whereas Admin By Request sells it as the whole product.
